The story of the tortoise and the hare from Aesop's Fables is widely known. Mr. Barry Lam, Chairman of Quanta Computer, greatly admires very much in the “Tortoise Spirit” and holds believes that Quanta personnel should be courteous and moderate just like the tortoise, advancing step by step. It is the spirit that stimulates the development of Quanta which comes from Linkou Taiwan to Songjiang Shanghai, and now takes roots in Xiyong, Chongqing.

“ZhenShanMei” was first issued in August 2003 with the aim of promoting corporate culture and improving staff quality in Quanta Manufacturing Headquarters. It is a comprehensive cultural magazine covering company news, corporate culture, the employees’ work, life, study, emotion and so on. It is edited and designed by employees from the editorial board and advocates for full participation. “ZhenShanMei” has become an important carrier of corporate culture and an intimate friend with the staffs. Now there are three versions: simplified Chinese version, traditional Chinese version and English version.
“E-Weekly” is an electronic edition, which is published weekly on Tuesday and promotes management, inspiration and communication. The staffs can read it on-line free of charge.
